Turn by turn
Turn 1: This corner seems to catch out a number of drivers on multiple occasions each during a race. The best approach is start breaking at about 125m and keep wide, slowing down to low 2nd gear and clearing the apex before applying full throttle.
Turn 2: A 100% thottle turn. Use your minimap to watch for cars exiting the pit lane.
Turn 3: A tough corner to get right due to the high approach speed. Start braking at or just after the first brake marker at 150m. My preferred approach is to downshift all the way to first then as soon as I hit first, shift back up into second and and aim for the late apex. The car should move toward the trackout at the left side and apply full throttle, short-shifting to get traction.
Turn 4: Apply the brakes at about the 125m marker and aim for a late apex to try and straightline as early as possible. I like to use the technique of downshifting quickly to first before going back into second for the drive through the corner.
Turn 5: A quick shift up to third and back into second will see you out wide on the left to swing back to the right for turn 6.
Turn 6: No sooner than you apply light throttle from turn 5, it's time to hit the brakes for turn 6 and a tight line throug the corner. Keep off the outside ripple strip so you can get maximumn traction up the hill. The stopwatch should read about 48.5s when you hit trackout.
Turn 7: This corner comes with a slight lift, to make sure you don't go wide and then to tight into 8. You should be in 6th gear.
Turn 8: Hug the inside and bang it into 7th briefly before braking for turn 9.
Turn 9: Shift back to 4th geat and touch the apex before giving enough throttle to naturally push to the right and the edge of the track. Into 5th gear before turn 10.
Turn 10: Quickly shift down to 2nd gear and low revs. Touch the left ripple strip on track out and gently apply throttle, until off the ripple strip. Accelarate hard to 5th gear.
Turn 11: This is a tricky multi-apex corner for novices and requires a gently balanced car and throttle. When you hit apex one down shift to 3rd and drift wide, about three quarters the way to the right side of the track before brushing the brakes for the 2nd apex. Fourth gear can be used on exit if you're feeling brave and get the corner right.
Turn 12: If you've made 4th gear, shift down to 3rd as you enter the corner and apply 50% throttle. When the steering wheel is nearly straight, shift into 4th and give smooth progression to full throttle.
Turn 13: Lift in fourth and once you clear the apex apply 50% gradually increasing to 100% throttle until the breaking for turn 14.
Turn 14: Shift down to 3rd gear as you start turning, and are already breaking. 50% throttle 3rd gear and select 4th as you clear the apex but do not yet have a straight wheel. Aim for the right hand side of the track, trying to kiss the wall.
Turn 15: Drop down from 3rd into 2nd and take a late apex trying to keep the settled for entry into turn 16.
Turn 16: Just miss the ripple strip on the left and change into 3rd and then 4th.
Turn 17/18: 50%-75% throttle and you massage steering input to control understeer. It's important to keep the car to the right. I like to hug the wall. Once you can see the turn 18 apex, make a straightline through it and down the pit straight at full throttle.
